Core Responsibilities:
  • Work with prospective customers online and over the phone to provide general information and schedule showroom appointments.
  • Track sales lead activities in the CRM daily and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, product options, and ancillary products available to provide clients with knowledgeable service.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
  • Proactively seek out sales leads and follow up with prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads for BMW Financial Services and the Aftersales Team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive internet sales experience is required; experience representing a luxury brand is preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology.
  • Ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive and comfortable with negotiations.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment: We are open Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm and are seeking flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts during business hours. This is a fast-paced, customer-oriented role requires the ability to interact with clients frequently via phone, email and live chat, and occasionally face-to-face.
