Job Description

Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable On-Demand Freelance floor installer to join our team. As a floor installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing new flooring. This is a sub-contracting position with a focus on single-family houses, providing flexibility to work on weekends or as a side job.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service requests for floor installing single-family homes
Install, repair, and finish vinyl floors
Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on job sites

Requirements:

Proven experience as a flooring installer.
Strong knowledge of flooring installation and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and on an as-needed basis
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Own transportation and tools
Experience in working on single-family homes preferred
