Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Tarleton State University location in Stephenville, TX . This Food Production Manager will be responsible for daily menuing, production, post production, and following recipes for resident dining and retail operations on campus. The Food Production Manager will focus on healthy, sustainable, all natural, vegan/vegetarian options. This manager will supervise approximately 35 employees.
